Why Us?

My name is Charles Gorry

Homeowners don’t usually lose money on construction because of one big mistake.  They lose it through a series of small issues that no one catches early.

After more than 30 years in construction and project management, I’ve seen how these problems develop and more importantly, how to prevent them.  Over that time, I’ve started, operated, and grown construction businesses across multiple states and internationally. That experience has given me a clear understanding of how projects actually unfold and where small oversights can quietly turn into costly problems for homeowners.

I’ve managed projects across residential, commercial, and institutional environments, working with contractors, subcontractors, stakeholders and clients at every level. The common thread is this: even good contractors are focused on building the project - not protecting the homeowner’s budget and overall outcome.

That’s where I come in.

I represent homeowners before and during construction by reviewing estimates, tracking costs, and help keep projects aligned with the original plan.  My role is to support your project from the homeowner’s side.  I will anticipating issues, keep communication clear and understood on all sides, and the process running smoothly.

Quite simply, I’ve seen more projects, more mistakes, and more outcomes than most and I know where things go wrong.  I see the national average of cost overrun for residential projects is 10-20%.  I was able to mitigate that issue in my career because of the systems we developed and the approach we took.

We can do that for you.
